“Touched by Tejumade” is not responsible for any delays or lost packages that are caused by the delivery posts.
If you do not receive your order within one to two weeks of placing your purchase, please email us with your full name and order number immediately and we will track your order. In most cases, this may mean that delivery was attempted and that your parcel is waiting for you at your local post office for collection.
Our team will inform you once your order is packed and ready to leave for delivery via email with your tracking number to track your parcel.
